By submitting your order, you are confirming that you are either the property owner or a legal representative of the property owner and are authorized to list the property for sale. A LIMITED SERVICE LISTING AGREEMENT will need to be executed before your property can be listed on the MLS. A copy will be presented to you for signature during your listing appointment. You are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment amount as listed in your package on our website. Additionally, you agree to pay a commission of 3% to the cooperating buyer’s agent who procures a buyer for your listing. If a licensed agent or broker from RECOARLLC procures a buyer for your property you agree to pay RECOARLLC a commission of 4% minus the MLS Flat Fee Listing amount paid. Once you click submit, the checkout process is complete, and no changes can be made to your order.
